Visit 92pk.im and click "Register". Fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a secure password. Verify your mobile via the OTP we send, then make your first deposit to activate your account fully. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register.

No. Each person may hold exactly one 92pk account. Duplicate accounts – whether under the same or different details – are against our Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Log in and go to Account Settings. Most fields – including your email address and preferred payment method – can be updated directly. Changes to your registered mobile number or legal name require identity verification and must go through our support team at support@92pk.im.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. We will send you a reset link or a one-time PIN. Follow the instructions to set a new password. The reset process takes under two minutes. If you no longer have access to the registered number, email support@92pk.im with your CNIC for identity verification.

Basic KYC is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to provide a copy of your CNIC and proof of your preferred payment method. This is a one-time process and most verifications are completed within a few hours. Verified accounts process withdrawals faster and are subject to fewer payment holds.

Yes. Contact our support team at support@92pk.im to request account closure. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after identity checks are completed. If you are closing your account because of concerns about your gambling habits, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings instead – it can be applied immediately and keeps your account options open in future.

Log in to your 92pk account, go to Deposit, select Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount, and follow the on-screen prompts. You will be redirected to your mobile wallet to authorise the payment or given a merchant number to send the funds to. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your 92pk wallet within 30 seconds during normal network hours.

Yes. IBFT transfers from any major Pakistani bank are accepted. Select "Bank Transfer / IBFT" in the deposit section to see the current account details. Bank deposits typically credit within one business day. Include your 92pk username in the payment reference to ensure your deposit is matched quickly.

Yes. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks are accepted. Card deposits are processed in real time and credit immediately. Some issuing banks may block gambling transactions – if your card is declined, contact your bank or use an alternative method such as Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits that do not arrive within 10 minutes may be delayed due to network congestion. Wait up to 30 minutes before contacting support. For bank transfers, allow one full business day. If the delay exceeds these timeframes, contact support at support@92pk.im with your payment receipt or transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.

92pk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees or charges. Check your provider's fee schedule if you are unsure. The amount that arrives in your 92pk wallet is the net amount after any provider fees.

Once a deposit has been credited to your 92pk wallet, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. If you have concerns about a deposit, contact support immediately. If the deposit was made in error, you may be able to withdraw the funds – provided you meet the withdrawal requirements and no bonus funds are attached to the balance.

Withdrawals7

The minimum withdrawal at 92pk is Rs 1,000. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by 92pk, though large withdrawals may be split across multiple transactions by your payment provider. Withdrawal requests below the minimum are not processed.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed in under 15 minutes once your account is verified. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually take 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) take up to one business day. Card withdrawals can take 2–5 business days depending on your bank. All processing times assume your account is fully verified and there are no pending bonus restrictions.

Yes. By default, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering control that protects all players. If you no longer have access to that payment method, contact support with documentation and we will arrange an alternative route after identity verification.

The most common reasons are: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, a withdrawal amount below the minimum, or a mismatch between the account name and the payment method. Check your account for any pending verification requests. If everything looks fine and your withdrawal is still delayed, contact support at support@92pk.im with your withdrawal reference number.

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal that is in "Pending" status from your account transaction history. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Completed" status, it can no longer be cancelled. Cancelled withdrawals return the funds to your 92pk wallet balance immediately.

92pk does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own receiving fees – for example, some banks charge a small IBFT receiving fee. The amount you receive is the amount you requested minus any fees applied by your payment provider.

Yes. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal from 92pk. You will need to submit a clear copy of your CNIC and confirm your payment method. The verification team reviews submissions within a few hours on most days. Completing this once means your future withdrawals process without additional checks.

Bonus terms change regularly, so always check that page for the most up-to-date offer before making your deposit.

A wagering requirement means you must bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement and any eligible game restrictions are listed in the terms of each specific promotion on the Promotions page.

Enter your promo code in the "Promo Code" field during registration or in the deposit form when making a qualifying deposit. Promo codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided. If your code does not work, check that it has not expired and that you meet the eligibility requirements. Contact support if you continue to have issues.

Yes. Most bonuses at 92pk have an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be met. The expiry period is specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are removed from your account automatically. Always check the expiry date when you claim a bonus and plan your play accordingly.

Yes. If you prefer to play without bonus restrictions, you can decline bonuses at the point of deposit or contact support to have bonus offers removed from your account. Opting out means your deposits are treated as pure cash with no wagering requirements attached. This is a common preference among players who want to withdraw freely without meeting bonus terms.

Not always. Each promotion specifies which games or betting markets contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage. Sports bets typically count at 100%, while some casino games may count at a lower rate or not at all. Live betting allows you to place bets on a match while it is in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current state of the game. You can bet on outcomes like the next wicket in cricket, the next goal scorer in football, or the winner of a set in tennis – all while the action is happening. Live betting markets close a few seconds before key moments to prevent advantage play.

Crash games work by starting a round with a multiplier that grows from 1x. You place your bet before the round starts and cash out any time while the multiplier is rising. If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the value you cashed out at. If you do not cash out before the game crashes, you lose your bet. Each round's crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm that cannot be manipulated.

For example, if Pakistan are priced at 2.00 to win a match and you bet Rs 1,000, you receive Rs 2,000 back (your Rs 1,000 stake plus Rs 1,000 profit) if they win. Markets include match winners, map winners, first blood, total rounds, and tournament outright winners. A parlay (also called an accumulator) combines multiple selections into one bet. For the bet to win, all selections must be correct. The odds for each selection are multiplied together, meaning a small stake can win a large amount if all legs come in. The risk is that a single incorrect selection loses the entire bet. Parlays can be built in the bet slip by adding multiple markets and switching to "Parlay" mode.

If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum time required for bets to stand (defined in our betting rules for each sport), all bets are voided and stakes are returned to your balance. In cricket, the minimum is typically 20 overs of the team batting first in ODIs and T20Is. Full rules for each sport are published in the betting rules section of the platform.

All data transmitted between your device and 92pk is encrypted using TLS. Your personal information is stored on secured servers and is not sold or shared with third-party advertisers. Access to your data within 92pk is limited to staff who need it to operate and support your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

OTP login sends a one-time 6-digit PIN to your registered mobile number instead of requiring your password. It adds a second factor to your login and is recommended for all players. To use it, simply select "Log In with Mobile OTP" on the login page. The OTP expires after 3 minutes and is only valid for one use.

Contact 92pk support immediately via live chat or email at support@92pk.im. We will suspend your account while we investigate. Change your password from a secure device as soon as possible. If any funds have been moved without your authorisation, include details in your support request. 92pk investigates all account compromise reports and acts within the hour.

Never. 92pk will never ask for your password via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or phone call. Our support team does not need your password to assist you. Any message asking for your 92pk password is fraudulent. Do not respond to it and report it to support@92pk.im so we can investigate and warn other players.

The "Remember me" option is safe on your personal device, provided the device itself is protected by a screen lock or PIN. It stores an encrypted authentication token that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. Never use "Remember me" on a shared, public, or borrowed device, as anyone with access to the device could access your account.

Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Responsible Gaming. Choose Deposit Limits, enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly limit in PKR, and confirm. Reductions take effect immediately. Self-exclusion blocks you from logging in to your 92pk account for the period you choose – 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. It is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, regardless of circumstances. You are also removed from all marketing communications immediately. To self-exclude, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclude, or contact support and they will apply it immediately on your behalf.

A cooling-off period is a short break from 92pk – 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During the period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets, but your account and balance are fully preserved. It is available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Take a Break. The cooling-off period is a lighter alternative to full self-exclusion and is ideal if you want to reset your habits without committing to a long exclusion.

A reality check is a periodic pop-up during your gaming session that shows how long you have been playing, how much you have wagered in the session, and your net position. You can set the interval from 15 minutes to 2 hours. At each check, you can choose to continue or end your session. Reality checks are useful for players who want to stay aware of how long they have been playing without setting hard limits.
