These are the rules that govern your account and all activity on 92pk. They are written to be clear and fair. Please read them before you register – by creating an account, you agree to everything below.

All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on 92pk are in Pakistani Rupees. No foreign currency, no conversion fees, no exchange rate risk.
All promotions on 92pk carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.

All monetary amounts referred to in these Terms are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. To open and use a 92pk account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
92pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. Where verification reveals ineligibility, 92pk will close the account and return any genuine deposits net of any bonuses claimed.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 92pk account. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method – is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and bonus winnings voided.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. You must keep your registration details up to date. If any information changes, update it through your account settings or contact support.
Your account password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact 92pk support immediately at support@92pk.im.
92pk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from 92pk that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
92pk accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods that are available to Pakistani players:
The minimum deposit on 92pk is Rs 500. There is no upper limit set by 92pk on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own limits. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources will be returned and the account may be reviewed. 92pk does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals from your 92pk account are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be bypassed. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
Standard processing times on 92pk are as follows:
Before your first withdrawal, and for withdrawals above certain thresholds, 92pk will require identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard compliance requirement and does not affect your right to withdraw your funds.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if: your account has active wagering requirements from a bonus, your account is under review for security reasons, or your payment method details cannot be verified. In such cases, 92pk support will contact you with the reason and required steps.
92pk offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free bets, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. In all cases, the following general rules apply across all 92pk promotions:
Bonus abuse – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other method designed to exploit promotional offers – will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 92pk. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may have funds withheld pending investigation:
92pk actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 92pk reserves the right to void all bets and winnings associated with the violation and to permanently close the account.
92pk may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
If your account is suspended for reasons other than a confirmed breach of Terms, 92pk will contact you within 5 business days with an explanation and the steps required to resolve the situation. Legitimate funds in suspended accounts are not forfeited without a confirmed breach finding and are returned once any investigation is resolved in the player's favour.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed to the last verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 92pk content without prior written permission. This includes using 92pk branding in any commercial context, creating unofficial mirror sites, or scraping odds or content from the platform for distribution elsewhere.
92pk is not liable for losses or damages that result from: circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages; your own decisions in relation to bets, games, or account management; inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during registration or verification; or any delay in processing that falls within the published timescales for the relevant payment method.
92pk's liability for any claim arising from technical errors in our own platform is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected bet or game round. In no circumstances will 92pk be liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow such limitation, including liability for fraud or gross negligence by 92pk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our standard support process will be subject to binding arbitration. The arbitration process will be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator will be final.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, we ask that you contact 92pk support at support@92pk.im with full details of your complaint. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team.
92pk may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with the current effective date.
Continued use of your 92pk account after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date and any balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
